Our Team

6 Figtree Drive Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127

Practitioners from Sydney Sports Medicine Centre were integral in developing the athlete care program for the Sydney Olympic and Paralympic Games. They also filled many roles at the Games including Head of Athlete Care, Head of Clinical Services, and Senior Physiotherapist in the PolyClinic Physiotherapy Unit. Others were directly involved with many of the Australian Teams and individual athletes.

Sydney Sports Medicine had its beginnings in 1995, in a small space in the State Sports Centre , relocating in 2006 to new premises within the NSW Institute of Sport building. With this move to a newer, larger facility, SSMC were able to offer more services and an increased capacity for all of the disciplines.

There is no injury too big, too small or too complicated, and whilst many of our patients are athletes, we apply the same assessment formula, patient care and the benefits of our experience to all patients.
